Cookies are widely consumed due to their convenience and appealing taste; however, most commercially available varieties are high in sugar and calories, posing health risks such as weight gain, blood sugar fluctuations, mood instability, chronic illnesses, dental problems, and nutritional deficiencies. In response, Nuttrio Blend developed Carroat Spice Cookies, an innovative product made from oats, carrots, and ginger, complemented by a balanced chocolate flavor. These ingredients were selected for their documented health benefits, providing dietary fiber, vitamins A and C, antioxidants, and essential minerals to support overall wellness. The feasibility of Nuttrio Blend was evaluated across five key areas: technical, market, organization and management, socio-economic, and financial. The proposed business aligns with several Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), including SDG 2 (Zero Hunger), SDG 3 (Good Health and Well-Being), SDG 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth), SDG 12 (Responsible Consumption and Production), and SDG 17 (Partnerships for the Goals). With an initial investment of ₱125,579, the business is projected to generate revenues of ₱405,030 in 2026, ₱550,432 in 2027, ₱711,503 in 2028, ₱878,597 in 2029, and ₱1,062,171 in 2030. Financial feasibility metrics further confirm strong viability: the project yields a Net Present Value (NPV) of ₱2,569,712, an Internal Rate of Return (IRR) of 364.82%, a Profitability Index (PI) of 21.47, and a Discounted Payback Period of 0.33 years, indicating strong financial performance. The feasibility assessment shows that Nuttrio Blend is a viable and sustainable business with strong financial and operational potential, promoting health and responsible consumption.
