This research aimed to determine the level of satisfaction of fourth-year accountancy students in online learning at Urdaneta City University; it states the following: (1) The personal profile of respondents in terms of age, sex, and civil status; (2) The level of satisfaction in online learning of respondents in terms of instruction, technology, and setup; (3) The significant relationship between the level of satisfaction in online learning of respondents in terms of their profile variables. The researchers used a descriptive method of research and a questionnaire checklist to gather data. The questionnaire served as the instrument for gathering data and was written in English. The respondents were two hundred ninety-five (295) regular fourth-year students with a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy at Urdaneta City University. The respondents were asked to answer the questions honestly to gather reliable information needed in the study. The following conclusions were drawn: (1) The majority of the students are female, graduating students, and single in status. (2) Students are satisfied with using English and Filipino as the medium of instruction. (3) Students are satisfied with using smartphones and other devices in online classes. (4) Students are satisfied with submitting their requirements online. (5) The study also showed that a significant relationship exists in the level of satisfaction of accountancy students in online learning across their profile variables in terms of sex. However, there is no significant relationship between age and civil status in the level of satisfaction of accountancy students in online learning.
